Clabr is operated by QReply, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. By using Clabr, you agree to these terms.

1. What Clabr is

Clabr is a local collaboration network that connects professionals within 20 km of their workspace. The platform facilitates skill exchange through "collabs" — free, voluntary meetings between users.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Clabr.
• You are responsible for your account and the content you post.
• One account per person. No fake profiles, bots, or impersonation.

3. Community Guidelines

By using Clabr, you agree to our Community Guidelines. In short:

• No cold selling — you do not approach others with pitches or commercial offers. If someone comes to you because of your expertise, that is welcome.
• No spam — no mass outreach, recruitment spam, or advertising.
• Respectful communication — no harassment, threats, or abusive language.
• Show up — confirmed collabs are commitments. Repeated no-shows affect your reliability score and may lead to restrictions.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension at our discretion.

4. Collabs

• Collabs are free. You invest time, not money.
• Clabr is not responsible for the outcome of any collaboration.
• Any business arrangements that arise from a collab are solely between the participants.

5. Chat moderation

Chats are private by default. When a user reports a conversation for spam or abusive behavior, QReply staff may review the flagged conversation to investigate. Only flagged conversations are reviewed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Content

• You own the content you create on Clabr (profile text, messages).
• By posting content, you grant Clabr a license to display it on the platform for its intended purpose (matching, profiles, chat).
• You may not post illegal, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Pricing

• Pioneer — the first users in each area receive lifetime free access.
• Early Bird — the next wave of users receive their first year free, then €24.50/year.
• Member — first month free, then €49/year.

Pioneer and Early Bird tiers are permanently tied to the area where they were earned. Prices may change for new subscribers but existing tiers are honored.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All your data will be permanently removed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

9. Liability

Clabr is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform running and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Clabr is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or from interactions between users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam.
